"The quiet street you've been looking for"

SW 48th St between SW 82nd Ave and SW 87th Ave is one of the best places in Miami to live. It's a relatively quiet street with easy access to everything. You've got quick access to Bird Road, Miller Drive, and Galloway, which means getting somewhere is not an issue, plus you have the expressway nearby. Although it is a strictly residential street with no commercial buildings (restaurants, shops, etc), they are all nearby, most on Bird Road. The entire neighborhood is very nice and caring, with most neighbors knowing each other and playing their part in the community. Crime is not an issue, unless you count the occasional speeder. Traffic is never bad. There are a few more cars than you may want on the road during morning and afternoon rush hour, but they're just passing through and traffic never gets backed up. Finally, tropical park makes a great place to ride bike or run and it's just down the street along 82nd Ave.

IvanOcampo Quiet? Maybe in comparison to a neighborhood immediately at the end of a tarmac at MIA- other than that, sorry.

Good luck selling that house!
