Excellent restaurants, transporttion, activities. Only blocks from Market Square! Parking is an issue, but monthly parking is available in various locations. Free parking for residents can be registered through the city.

"Mixed Block East Fifth Ave."

a bit of traffic at night, slow mail delivery, folks watch out or each other, but not really friendly. mix of apartments, rental houses and home owners. There's a church on the block, so there's a good vibe there. Parking can be an issue if you need to park on the street at certain hours. Parking only on EB side.
