"A great neighborhood"

This is a really great location. I feel safe and so do my children. There is a really great park where the kids can play not too far from Emmott Elementary School. CyFair ISD is also a wonderful district! There are many good restuarants and grocery stores nearby. I can go work out, get my nails done, get my car washed and pick up the groceries without running all over town! My only complaint would be that the street gets really busy. But truthfully, its Houston, so there aren't too many streets that don't get busy! I would recommend this location for families with kids, couples and retirees. I have lived here since 2004 and do not plan on moving any time soon!

"A quiet neighborhood, great for kids!"

We moved onto this street about two years ago and it has been great. It really is just a beautiful drive down the street. Except for the occasional over-grown hedge, the yards are all expected to be kept neat and trimmed. There isn't any traffic, except for people returning to their homes. One of the things that I didn't like about this neighborhood, is that there was no neighborhood pool. The neightbors are all really friendly, and if you like a good street to Trick-or-Treat on, this is the street. I love living in this neighborhood. I think it is the perfect place for a couple with kids.

"The Historic Montrose"

The neighborhood of Montrose located in Houston, Texas is one of those neighborhoods that you want to stay in and never leave once you've visited. The area is not that big and has a small town vibe inside of the nations fourth largest city. Their are various amenities that can be found in this neighborhood such as nice green areas, medical facilities, shops, and other delights that make living in an urban area a charm. In addition, their are a lot of historic shops that give this neighborhood a very laid-back old school charm that will appeal to individuals who do not like city living very much. Montrose is unlike any other city in Houston, once you go you will not be disappointed by what you find!

"Green Valley Drive"

Living on Green Valley Drive has been an adventure. Although it is nice to have a place in the heart of Texas, being so close to the airport can be a pain. Everything else is decent, but the planes being so close can cause the house to rattle and shake like there is an earthquake! There are late flights (as anyone who has flown knows) and they can wake you up at night. The food and shopping are plentiful, given so many people flying in and out. Sometimes my kids will meet all kinds of new people that are traveling and staying in hotels, which can be scary at times. Overall, a decent neighborhood.
