"A fun place to live with wonderful activities"

Rush Street is a very popular stretch of Chicago, Illinois. It has everything in a short radius. There are restaurants, shops, and what the street is best known for, amazing bars. The nightlife in this area is incredible and it seems as though there is always something fun to be doing. You can go out and get a great dinner and then drink the night away in nice bars. There are many ways to get around, though transportation is not always cheap (taxis charge quite a bit). However, if you live in the area or stay at a hotel, you can just walk. It is relatively safe, though there are some problems. These problems typically stem from people being intoxicated and not able to watch their surroundings. Chicago is a big city and you must remember to be wary. Otherwise, Rush Street is classy, fun, and a great place to live!

"More than just a zoo!"

Lincoln Park in Chicago, IL has long been known for it's free zoo, great lake access and beautiful park. Now, it seems to have that plus a whole lot more! Great shopping, world class restaurants, healthy groceries, and an exciting nightlife have moved in too. There's lots of activity along the North Avenue and Clyborn corridors with many retail giants now calling this place home. It seems to change almost monthly, so stop in if you haven't been there for a while. Better take the bus though, the traffic is enough to cause a minor road rage attack.

"Upcoming Chicago Neighborhood"

This is an upcoming neighborhood sited by the Chicago Reader. Kuma's Corner and Square Bar & Grill are just some of the local hot spot's. Hot Doug's and Urban Belly are also very popular in this neighborhood. The Belmont bus is near as well as the blue line. Many new condos have been built recently and there seems to be an influx of artist type young people moving into the neighborhood. All and all this appears to be a relatively safe neighborhood. Also seems to be a dog friendly neighborhood counting all the times I have seen the residents walking their dogs through the neighborhood. I would recommend this neighborhood to any new comers to Chicago.

"A beautiful place to move to"

Elmwood Park is an excellent place to move to if you are looking for an affordable and safe place to raise your family. It borders the Northwest side of Chicago and is located in Cook County. There is a largly Italian-American population living there and the census puts the population at approximately 25,000 people. There is pleny of rail and bus service that allows for excellent public transportation opportunities. You can not go wrong by choosing to move to Elmwood Park and real estate options there are an excellent investment. Make Elmwood Park your choice for the best in family living.

"Neighborly feel of the suburbs with the pluses of a big city"

The Lincoln Square neighborhood a mostly residential neighborhood with a good mix of single-family homes and 6-unit apartment buildings, with some larger apartment buildings mixed in. Most of the housing dates to the early 1900's, but there is some newer construction. Definitely an upper-class, family-centered area. There is an actual Lincoln Square that anchors a fun business district, with a German-style apothecary, wonderful dessert shop, retro hair salon, and two independent book stores, one selling used books and the other selling a carefully curated selection of new books. Perhaps the most unique business in the area is one of Chicago's last bowling alleys without an automated scoring system. Lincoln Square is easily accessible by public transit. Buses run down Lawrence, the Metro North Line Ravenswood stop is about five blocks away from the heart of Lincoln Square, and the Damen Brown Line El station is right by Lincoln Square itself. Other attractions in the area include the Old Town School of Folk Music, a large, green park with softball in the summer, and a seasonal farmers' market right by the El station.

"Wicker Park - Great Food, Good Shopping, Awesome People"

Wicker Park is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Chicago. Known for its hipsters, the Wicker Park/Bucktown area is home to a host of young urban professionals and unique up and coming artists alike. Not only are the people diverse, but so is the shopping. Wicker Park is one of the best places to find hip threads and new designers. The culinary delights in this neighborhood are endless as well and include a slew of treats such as Piece Pizzeria and Brewery, The Smoke Daddy, Bob San, and Penny's Noodle Shop. The list is endless and completely mouthwatering, and the service at each is exceptional. Living in Wicker Park feels like you're part of a small town community in the midst of a big city because everyone treats you like they've known you forever, yet you still get to experience the best of Chicago.

"Loving Michigan Avenue"

I work in Mercy Hospital and I live around 15 minutes from the hospital . Traffic could be bad especially during the rush hours. I like the fact that I can jog in Lake Michigan, have a great breakfast in Billy Goat Tavern which can even consist of their favorite cheeseburgers. Afterwards, I could go to H and M and do my weekly shopping there. I love living in Michigan Avenue because there is a diverse group of people who are busy but are quite laid back enough to jog and to greet me. I like the fact that everything is within reach. Lastly, I like the fact that we have a lot of restaurants such as Bandera and C – View restaurant.
