"Parking Here Sucks Thanks to Hoag Hospital"

Do NOT live here. Hoag Hospital employees park on this street which leaves no parking for all of us who are paying to live here. There is NOWHERE to park and tickets are constantly given. I can pay the same to live on eastside Costa Mesa. My husband and I will be moving in the next few months. It might be fine for a single person because there is a garage, but having friends over, forget it! Unless something is done like providing permits for those who live here, everyone will leave. There are atleast 6 up for rent right now. The only suckers that will rent it are people who have no idea about the parking issue, but they will shortly find out. Also, there are college kids all around who party like idiots until 3am. I wonder how they're paying the rent...
