"Great street for small families and first-time home buyers"

My wife and I have lived in a townhome on Georgetown Circle for two years now, and it is exactly what we were looking for. Life here is quiet, maintenance free, and slower than in surrounding areas. While there is a great deal of privacy, neighbors aren't afraid to come out into the common areas and get to know one another. The proximity of businesses and restaurants, combined with an abundance of parks, only adds to the area's allure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, peaceful lifestyle.
