About Me

Mr. Lamb tapped into his entrepreneurial spirit early in his youth. His eagerness to grow a profitable business began in grade school where he owned and ran several vending machines at just the ripe age of 14. Seth’s determination and strong work ethic continued to develop throughout the years. During his college career, he formed a partnership with the first “Automotive Aftermarket” retail store in Pennsylvania. Within just one year, Mr. Lamb’s business sense propelled the company forward and quadrupled gross sales.Eager for a new challenge, Seth took his developing business mindset to the real estate industry in 2004.Starting out as a mortgage loan officer, he quickly learned the business of residential and commercial mortgage financing. While continuing to hone his craft, Seth also studied the Philadelphia market trends to provide his clients with the highest level of service. He then begun taking over processing all new client loans and worked directly with underwriters at the countries top lending institutions. All while consistently managing a portfolio of loans, ranging from $4-6 million in total loan value.Once fluent in real estate, Mr. Lamb began to invest in the business by purchasing distressed property in Philadelphia. Mr. Lamb acquired 11 properties within his first two years in the business by implementing his own tactics of buying distressed Real Estate. With his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends, Seth is now selling premier real estate in the City of Philadelphia. He prides himself on providing his clients the highest level of service, and will go above and beyond to achieve 100% client satisfaction.
