About Me

I am a fourth generation local resident currently living just over the 34th Street bridge in Marmora.  I graduated from Ocean City High School in 2002 and was a varsity member of the 1999 State Championship football team.  I attended Widener University studying business and economics.  My great grandfather began Broadley's Plumbing in Ocean City in 1923 and my family has been a part of the islands' business community ever since.  I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors practicing the ethics, beliefs and morals linked to the profession.  Before entering the real estate business, I designed and installed residential mechanical systems.  My construction knowledge gives me an advantage in assisting and informing a potential buyer with the best possible future investment.  My experience will also benefit an eager seller seeking the greatest possible return for their property. Most recently I worked as Project Manager for a commercial mechanical company.  I've developed and managed numerous projects such as the new additions to the Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point and the Seashore Gardens Living Center in Galloway.  Through project management, I've learned a great deal of patience, attention to detail, negotiating skills and personal service. My goals as a Sales and Rental Agent are to uphold the outstanding reputation of this company while providing excellent personal service using my knowledge of the local area.  I will do my best to be available upon request, disclose all details and keep the interests of my client in mind.  Although the office is located in Ocean City,  I am pleased to work in Upper Township and the surrounding areas.
