"Valleys's Gem.."

I like here. Its now separated from van nuys. way more nicer and share a park with encino. some areas can look upscale and some kind of shady but for the most part its pretty nice. shares 91406 zip with some of Sherman oaks as well since its technically 5 min away. close to 405
