"Up and Coming"

South 7th is in a transitional state. You have new home owners moving in doing repairs, homeowners who have been on the street for 20 plus years, and lots of renters. Its in walking distance to Pats, Geno's and the Italian Market. It is a diverse, safe, and affordable.
