"Dogwood capital of Texas"

Woodville sits at a crossroads between Lufkin, Beaumont, Livingston, and Jasper. It's a quiet little community that is home to 2700 people. It's great place to raise a family or retire. Real estate is affordable and cities with higher paying jobs are less than hour away. We have several parks, a nature trail, and a walking track to keep you busy. Crime is low and the people are friendly.

"Wheat st the nice quiet street"

Our neighborhood is a nice quiet street in Woodville Texas. Within walking distance of a bank, city hall, and a post office it's conveniently located in town. Two blocks away is the County courthouse and mainstreet which is lined with antique and clothing stores. Not far from the library and the elementary school this is a great place for kids. The kids can have fun at the city park which is just around the corner and you can see a walking track from their.
