"A decent area"

Miramar Parkway is a pretty nice place, well depending on if we are talking about east or west. The west side is the newly built area which is very clean and very well kept residential area. The east side is not that bad, but you can tell it is older even by the build of the houses. Miramar parkway has your restaurant, Publix as well as an Walmart. Not too much entertainment as far as clubs or bars, but altogether a nice place.

"Very nice area"

Pines Blvd is a very well kept street. The houses are all very cookie cutter, considering they have mandatory laws in which you have to keep your house at a certain standard or you can be fined. The Pembroke Pines Mall is also located on this street as well as many restaurants. The 24 hour fitness is also located on Pines Blvd. Very nice area where you can definitely find something to entertain you.

"Just plain boring"

This street is mainly for the elderly. There is really nothing much going on around here, basically all houses. Johnson st is a residential area. They do have two very important buildings, the hospital, Memorial East as well as Memorial West. Unless you have to go to the hospital or are trying to buy a house there is nothing really there.

"Nice Country living"

If country living is your thing, then this is definitely the place for you. The neighborhood is filled with acre lots and horse crossings. Very beautiful and peaceful. The only negative would be at night, there aren't many street lights, so it is rather dark. Cooper City High School is also located off of Stirling Road.

"Nothing really special"

Sheridan Rd is mostly filled with houses. The traffic doesn’t seem that bad to me, I usually take that road instead of others because of lack of traffic. There is also a movie theater, Muvico, which is located on Sheridan and Dykes and within there is a nice little shopping area.

"Very nice place"

Weston Road is filled with many shops as well as restaurants. There are restaurants all over this road, so whatever your favorite food is you are definitely going to find it. Also a very clean street with many locally owned boutiques. There are also local schools nearby. Very family oriented place.

"Street for all your needs!!!"

From the I-75 all the way down to US1 this street is filled with restaurants, café’s, bars, and malls. The famous Sawgrass Mall is located on this street, a huge outlet mall with great deals. Going further east you have the Swap Shop where you can find just about anything it’s basically the broward county flea market. Sunrise then takes you all the way to the beach where you also have the well know Blue Martini Bar where many locals hang out. You definitely can find something to do on this street.

"Take another route, if you can"

441 is the worst street to travel on. My in-laws live off of this street and it takes forever to go from Oakland to 19th street, which in reality should not take more than five minutes. The road is just really congested and filled with traffic lights for absolutely no reason. If you looking for a location for your business then this is a good street as you can generate a lot of customers. Its even packed on the weekends but at nights its not that bad, well other than the traffic lights.

"Quite Peaceful neighborhood"

Very kid-friendly neighborhood. Most of the residents have children, so the streets are always filled with kids running around. The houses are also well kept within the neighborhood. Other than the kids running around it’s pretty quiet, so if the kids don’t bother you, not a bad place to live.

"Great Night life"

Las Olas is filled with a great of night life. No matter what your preference in music, you are bound to find a bar/club to fit your needs. As you walk down the street you will hear rock, rap, pop, reggae as well as techno. One can’t forget about all the lovely restaurants and café’s that line up the streets. It’s just really a good place to go hang out for the night with friends.
