"tight-knit, safe community"

my uncle's house was the next street over from this one. Most of his friends on the street are very wealthy and some have retired here. It is basically a very expensive, quiet suburb located no more than 5 miles away from a ymca, and many other places to work, eat, and have fun. if you have the money, invest in this community because it is in such a perfect location that is fit for your everyday needs.

"nice spot for families and older people"

my uncle used to live on this street. he paid for my college tuition and had more than enough money to do so. it is a pretty quiet area and most of the people who live here are older people with a lot of money either living with their spouse alone or raising a family. my uncle was also big into golf, and almost everyone on the street shared that same interest. lots of cool stuff in the area, like a ymca, and was very easy for me to find a job within 5 miles of the house over the summer.

"serene, friendly street with some down to earth people"

I used to visit friends on this street very often, even though I was living 30 mins away at the time. It is very quiet on this street and is a good spot to relax because there is not much going on. The other people living in the area are either college students rooming together, or families. this surprised me because it is relatively close to the UCF (about 10 mins if you drive fast).

"Nice spot for a college student"

Located near the university, it is a nice area to share an apartment with a few college friends. Rent is pretty expensive, but well worth it because you have a nice lake down the road that you can go for a swim in and college parties are almost always happening in the area, so don't expect it to be quiet all the time.

"Busy all the time"

I lived in an apartment near this street and it is always very crowded, as you can guess, because it is the main road that leads to the University. Not much to do as far as nightlife, but there are tons of places to eat. For me, this street made history. One time I was 2 inches away from getting into a major accident when I had to swerve in between a car going straight next to me and another car turning right. It was the other guy's fault.
