"Born and Raised in Northwood"

It use to be very quiet until Good Samaritan Hospital built their emergency room. The deer can be spotted at the edge of the woods & the neighbors always speak. Due to the community being so close to Morgan State, 2 hour permit parking is allowed & residents must get a parking pass via the City government. The number 3, 33, & 36 bus stops are in walking distance and so are the public schools. Nice size row homes and some houses have a parking pad in the back yard. The downside is that all of the good supermarkets and department stores have left the area.
Pros
  • Affordable & Spacious Homes are for sale
  • Friendly citizens
  • Near bus stops & schools
Cons
  • No good supermarkets nor local department stores
