"Urban Feel, Walk to the Beach!"
it's a little trendy, nimble and very Southern California. Moving from the hustle of the city to the paradise that is OC was well, a little too quiet for us! The ocean view coming down the hill is spectacular and we love walking and riding our bikes to the beach. Shopping and errands are easy, and city convenient with 17th Street, Trader, Joe's, Mothers, Cold Stone and the movies just around the corner!
