"Cozy and comfortable"
Lived here close to 50 years and alot has changed. It's a nice community in Boston but a few arrogant neighbors now leave a sour taste in my mouth. 36 Penfield residents are putting addition up and didn't have common courtesy to inform neighbors of noise and parking inconvenience it would cause. Also, man that lives there threatened neighborhood kids for playing ball on the street and puts trash cans in front of house to reserve street parking even when not snow emergency which is illegal. Ignorant!
