"The Heart of University City"

I've lived here for 14-plus years, great part of West Philly. University Swim Club is nearby, Penn-Alexander school, many places to eat/drink. You won't find a more ethnically-diverse area anywhere else in the city. Great public transportation, close to Center City, UPenn.

"great place to grow up"

I grew up in this area in the 1970s, still have friends here. Very accessible to UPgh facilities, downtown, etc.
