"Good option for single family homes near Lake and easy to Downtown"

Many new construction and rehabbed homes and condos in 2017; there's many very nice blocks. I'm the next neighborhood over and wouldn't mind purchasing or investing there. Crime happens anywhere. Situated between Kenwood and Bronzeville, GB is not a "bad" area.
