"Great street for families, commuters"

Cutler Ave is a great street located in a nice neighborhood, especially for families. It is quiet and friendly. It is a short drive to major thoroughfares such as Paseo Padre for dining and shopping, and is also convenient for commuters to Palo Alto via the bridge or commuter train. A nice park is also in close proximity.

"Quiet street in friendly neighborhood"

Conovan Ln is a quiet street in a nice and friendly neighborhood. Neighbors still take time to get to know each other. Homes are lovely, well maintained, and have character rather than being cookie cutter houses. This street has great proximity to the park and major roads for commuters. There is not much as far as retail or restaurants in walking distance but it is an easy drive.

"entrance road into lovely quiet neighborhood"

Chaplin Road is the main entrance into the neighborhood across from Quarry Lakes. It gets a little more traffic than the side streets since it is the only way in or out of the neighborhood. It is still not a very high traffic area, though. This is a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood that I would recommend for families.

"Great street in great neighborhood"

Gleason Ln is a great street in a fantastic neighborhood near Quarry Lake. Being near the lake and park is a great plus, but the neighborhood itself is enjoyable too. It is quiet and peaceful, neighbors are friendly and socialize, it is a good place to walk or bike, and homes are lovely and nicely landscaped.

"nice traditional neighborhood"

Runckel Lane is a very nice, middle to upper middle class, traditional appearing neighborhood in Fremont. Many of the homes are typical spanish style, with some more traditional american/colonial style thrown in. Homes are nicely landscaped, neighbors are friendly and it is a good area to walk in. A great park and lake is right across the street.

"great neighborhood, good parks"

Nuttman Lane is in the neighborhood across from Quarry Lake Park. This is a great advantage to living in this neighborhood, you can walk or bike straight across the street to the park and take advantage of the trails and swimming there. This street is the first in the neighborhood and closest to the busy Paseo Padre Pkwy, but there is sufficient space between the two roads that traffic noise isn't bad.

"nice street in lovely neighborhood"

Dominici Street is another nice street in the great neighborhood across from the Quarry Lake. This end of the neighborhood can get a little traffic noise from Paseo Padre Pkwy during peak hours, but it isn't terrible. This is a great area conveniently located for commuters, it is safe and the neighbors are friendly.

"charming quiet street"

Beeching Ln is a very charming and cute street in a nice neighborhood near Quarry Lakes Park. This is a very quiet and peaceful area that feels off the beaten path because there is not much traffic, but it is actually in close proximity to Paseo Padre Pkwy and Alavarado Niles Blvd, two major arteries through Fremont.

"Love this neighborhood, feels like home!"

Goldsmith Drive is in a great little neighborhood by Quarry Lake in Fremont. This is a quiet, family oriented area where neighbors are friendly. Quarry Lake Park nearby is a great resource, miles of trails to hike or bike, and a swimming area. The homes are nice and have great character, and actually have a nice yard. It is an easy commute over to Palo Alto either by car or by commuter train.

"lovely street near park"

Barnard Drive is a quiet, lovely street near Quarry Lake Park in Fremont. It is a quiet little cul de sac in the back of the neighborhood, so there is little traffic. Homes are nice but not pretentious, and distinctive in style, unlike many newer neighborhoods where the homes all look alike.
