Delray is a neighborhood on the south side of Detroit and all i can say is there ain't nobody in there, it's so run down.

Parkland is a neighborhood on the far west side of detroit, bordering dearbon heights. it,s a mixed, low income neighborhood with a good side and a bad side.

the good side is that there is a whole lot to do. Rouge park is right down warren and is a good place to sit and chill, there's 2 bars, a BP gas station on warren and ann arbor trail, and a liquor store on warren and chatham. ann arbor trail school is pretty good too.

The bad side: when we moved here in 2001, the neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. in fact you would barely see a car come down the street. Now, in the past couple of years, the neighborhood has gone from nice, quiet, and safe to loud and crime filled. There's burglaries almost everyday and lately, we have seen an increase in car thefts and aggravated assaults(mostly gun related) it's the type of neighborhood where you have to be careful and on your guard especially at night. The neighborhood has also become a bit run down because of foreclosures and vandals. on some parts of Rockdale, Lamphere, and Parkland streets you might see about 3-5 abandoned homes in a row. Majestic and Sawyer Ave. are very trashy and run down.
