"pleasant to the eyes with plenty of palm trees"

5th street in Santa Monica is one of the most beautiful streets in Santa Monica. I say this because there are palm trees on side while on the other there are small restaurants that occupy the small area. It is expensive to live in this area since it is prime location with the beach so close by.

"many restaurants in close vicinity"

4th street in Santa monica is one block away from the 3rd street promenade. It is a busy street with a lot of traffic for a good portion of the day. There are few small businesses that occupy the buildings. There are a lot of restaurants that occupy the limited space available. There is also residential area which is primarily single family homes that are few blocks away from the 3rd street promenade.

"quiet street with many local amenities close by"

Barry Avenue in West Los Angeles is a quiet street with plenty of apartments to choose from. Area is really well suited for young professionals as well as college students that attend the colleges in near by area. Barry Avenue is close to major streets like Santa Monica blvd and Wilshire blvd were many restaurants and small businesses are abundant.

"quiet street with many residential homes"

South Bentley Avenue in West Los Angeles is an extremely quiet street and for people visiting this street it is a pleasant surprise since quite a few major throughways surround it. The street has plenty of trees and plenty of beautiful homes. Since it is in between many major streets local amenities are readily available.

"Noisy street parallel to 405"

Beloit Avenue is parallel to 405 highway and can be very noisy when traffic is moving on the 405. Depending of course which side is the condo or apartment facing. On one side it is the busy 405 and the other side is the busy Sawtelle Avenue. It is centrally located to all the close by restaurants and coffee shops. There are many businesses and office buildings in close proximity as well.

"Great living in West Los Angeles, with a variety of restaurants"

Sawtelle Avenue is a very long and windy street that connects Culver City with West Los Angeles. It has various patches of strip malls and residential areas. The residential area is primarily available in apartment complexes. There is a great variety of ethnic foods available depending on the part of town you are in. There is a small section of oriental stores.

"great beach street with fun shops, restaurants and bars"

This review is of Seal Beach blvd closer to the beach area. Seal beach blvd is picturesque during the summer months with a lot of beach goers patronizing the many small shops and restaurants. The surround neighborhoods are predominantly residential with many single homes and few apartment complexes. Great area for families and couples that love the beach and don’t mind the cold breeze flowing during the winter months.

"poor neighborhood and very busy and not far from airport"

I am only reviewing a short section of Century blvd and the area I lived in for a brief period. Century blvd has the Los Angeles Airport on it. The area I used to live in is predominantly businesses and hotels. The area is very sketchy at night as there are a lot of homeless in the area. There is a big police presence on the main streets. I highly recommend to not walk the streets late at night.

"Cardiff is the mecca of restaurans in culver city"

Cardiff Avenue is Culver City is a street with very upbeat restaurants in close proximity. During the day young professionals that are loyal patrons of the trendy restaurants generally overrun this area and during the night with grad students. There are plenty of other features including Sony Studios and other popular streets like Venice blvd.

"Charnock street in West Los Angeles"

Charnock Road in West los angeles is a very quite street. It is a residential area with a schools and apartment complexes on this street. There are businesses on this street near major intersections. Charnock Road is good for young families. There are also plenty of apartment complexes housing many students from nearby colleges and universities. There are plenty of restaurants in a 5-10 minute driving range.

"quiet and beautiful in the fall"

With the roads covered in leaves in the fall it can be hard to see the double yellow lines on the road. This is a single-family home road with many beautiful lawns. Very quiet street with barely any traffic. There is street parking available on this road and can some times be hard to find parking because most residents tend to park on the street rather than their own driveway.

"Poor and rundown neighborhood"

Neighborhood surrounding Orthodox street is very rundown. There are some residential areas but it is mostly small businesses and warehouses. The only plus side is that public transportation is available but the street is very dirty and neglected.

"long and busy"

Academy road is a major road that many truckers and daily travelers take to get from either I-95 to Route 1 or vice versa. It is a busy street with adjacent residental areas in some parts. It is adjacent to the Northeast Philadelphia Airport and other major roads. There are a few schools and parks along the road along with a large mall.

"friendly street with many local shops"

Verree Road is a long stretch of road that is considered the short cut to get to Welsh road from bustleton avenue. It can be busy at many major intersections like Red Lion Road and Welsh Road but mainly it is a smooth sailing on this road. Majority of this road is residential with few parks and schools.

"Noisy, busy and some sketchy parts"

Roosevelt boulevard also known as route one is the alternative to taking i-95 when trying to get either to do downtown philadelphia or to north east philadelphia. Route one eventually turns to I-76 when going south and it does turn into a highway once it crosses into Bucks county. But while in philadelphia it does have some sketchy neighborhoods. Roosevelt blvd is a key road that many people take all day long as an alternative to the highways. There are plenty of shops, malls and restaurants that are available on either sides of the road.

"busy, noisy, but close to everything"

Red Lion Road is a gateway for people living in Huntington valley to philadelphia. It is a major road with trucks clogging up the roads. It is always busy and noisy on this road and can be a pain to get across from time to time. The good part about this street is that it has a great variety of pizza shops and other stores that can be easily accessed. Public transportation is readily available and street is maintained relatively well.

"Quiet, peaceful, beautiful street to live on"

Kismet street is a very quiet and peaceful. It is not connected to any major roads and there is rarely any traffic on this street. There are a lot of trees and beautiful gardens that can be seen while driving down this street. Although this is strictly residential area, local amenities are not far. The only issue I have with this street is during winter time it is neglected and may not get plowed and that can be hazardous when driving.

"small homes with closely knit community"

Avon street is a tight knit community made up mostly of immigrant families. It is a small one way street that is connected to the busy Bustleton avenue. During winter season it can be tricky to navigate down the street since its a one way and cars are parked on both sides of the street. The houses are small and close to each other with little lawn area per home. Most of the houses are in the condo style. There is a small strip mall which is walking distance from this street.

"Connecting two busy streets"

Morefield Road is a key connection road between Welsh Road, Verree Road and Bustleton road. People often use morefield road to pass through to either one of the above streets. It is a busy streets with homes surrounding it. It is a quiet street, but during rush hour it can be busy with people trying to cut through to one of the main streets. There are play grounds close to Morefield Road but none actually on the street. There are plenty of trees that accent the road and it is beautiful during the fall and spring seasons.

"Key road to get from northeast philly to the suburbs"

Welsh road is a key street that connects northeast Philadelphia to suburbs. As you take the scenic route you'll notice that it goes through parts of old Abington and Willow Grove areas. It is a busy street during rush hour since majority of people use this road to connect to interstate 95 or connect to Pennsylvania turnpike. During the winter season the road can be slippery and there are a few accidents every winter on this road as a result of reckless driving and road conditions.
