"Great Area of Diversity"

I grew up around Ditmas ave. It was a great place growing up. Since then it has developed alot more since the last visit I had. The area is close to subway and it has nice park benches that you can sit on and gaze and traffic passing by.

"Ok neighborhood to raise kids"

I have owned several homes on Pine street. It is a very industrialized area. It is close to all ammenities. The neighborhood itself is a very tough one. There is a moderate amount of crime that occurs in this area causing the property values to decrease.

"Great place to have a business"

I grew up on 18 ave in my grandmothers apartment. It was a very friendly neighborhood. It was close to all shopping areas and the subway and bus were in walking distance. It is a very diverse community. It is also close to the police precinct. The area is average when it comes to peace and quiet because there are alot of kids that live in the neighborhood.

"Great place for growing up"

I actually grew up on 43rd st. It was an amazing place to grow up. It is very quiet and peaceful. There is not too much to do in the area but it is close to all ammenities. There are stores about 6 or 7 blocks away besides your corner stores. There is really high spirit in this neighborhood. I would recommend this neighborhood for anyone that is trying to start a family because it is a very low crime activity area.
