Snuggled between Cole St. and Fairfax St. this unique little space in America is home to a beautiful community. The beauty is in the individualism within this one block community. Each home is unique and each yard is individually manicured. The street is dotted with one level ramblers and two story homes giving a unique feel and vibe of a diverse living. Standing on the corner of Seminary Ave. and Tevis St. you see a normal everyday quaint street in a buzzing city. Average people with normal everyday lives coming and going on the 1200 block of Seminary Ave. Many of the unique ramblers on this lovely street are fenced in with beautiful yards and even a few of them are for sale or rent. May even be the ideal place to start a family.
