"It's like a third world country now"
I lived in the area in the 50s and 60s. It is very different now. I am flummoxed as to why this would rank 7th. The streets are noisy and littered with garbage. It's also very crowded. I now live in a suburb and despite needing to drive everywhere, I like the cleanliness and the fact that there is lots of elbow room. It is also fairly far from Manhattan.
Unless you own a home here and are trying to sell it, I do not understand how anyone can say it ranks 7th.
