Bakman Avenue is located between the 170 and the 5 freeway. It is not very far from anything you would want to do. As a result in can be very noisy. While not a main road it is close enough to hear the traffic, and there are trains, planes, and sirens that do by day and night.

N. Player Drive is one of the small streets running alongside the Lakeshore Condo complex. It's a pretty complex that, as you can guess from it's name, has a lake in the center of it. The street itself is rather unattractive, but living on the street you will face the lake, not the road, which is nice. The biggest problem with it is lack of parking.
