"Family Friendly and Beautiful"

A family that I use to house sit for, lived in this area, and I absolutely love this area. There is not much traffic at all. And the area is very well kept, meaning the yards and the houses. It's a safe place for children to play, and the trees in the area make it feel homey. If you are worried about noise, it's one thing you do not need to worry about here, it's a generally very quiet area. The only down side is that cars do park on the street which sometimes can make for a tight squeeze, but, you take the good with the bad and it makes it worth it.

"Great place for kids!"

My bestfriend has an apartment in this area, and I have to say my favorite thing is the huge park that is right behind her apartment. There are large trees surrounding the park, and there are usually lots of families with children spending time there. The over all feel of the area she is in, is very easy going, and there is hardly any noise. The traffic in the area I would say is not too horrible compared to other areas of Denver. There are quite a few nice apartments and homes in this area.

"This place made me uneasy"

This was my 3rd apartment that I lived in, after moving to Denver. My time living there was an uncomfortable one, and I'm not sure there is a specific reason other then, compared to some parts of Denver, this is a little run down. And it can be pretty loud at times. It could also be that I'm use to the small town that I moved out of, but, it just isn't some where that I would suggest friends or family moving to. I also hardly ever saw my neighbors, I heard them more often then I saw them.

"Beautiful Neighborhoods and homes"

I have a family member that lives in this area, and I always love visiting. The traffic has never been a hassle, and I love driving through and looking at the different houses in the area. When we've been at my relatives house, and have seen their neighbors, they have always been very nice, and if an event is going on at that house, there's always been an invite.
I would most definately suggest this area for families, as I think it's a perfect place to raise children.

"Great place to live - Especially for those new to town"

I moved to an apartment in this area when I first moved to Colorado. And, I'm from a small town, so coming to Denver it was a culture shock. But, I noticed right away that everyone in this are seemed very friendly. I didn't see my neighbors every day but when I did most of them did say hello, or ask how things were going.
I've also noticed there are quite a few areas around Denver that I lose my cell service, and this is not one of those areas. I never had any problems with reception in this area which to me is a pretty important factor.

"Great place for people who want to be in the middle of it all"

East 20th Ave can be considered in the middle of anything you could need. It's not far from Colfax Avenue, which has all sorts of venues, and restaurants. And it's located very close to a few hospitals. I would consider this street more of a business street then a residential. It is also not too far from Capital Hill, and Cherry Creek. As I mentioned before, it could be considered smack in the middle of all that Denver has to offer.

"Too crowded for me"

I have a friend that lives on Marion street, and I always hate driving down it because there are always lots of cars parked on the side, and then if any cars are coming the opposite direction then it gets pretty crowded. The neighborhood itself is pretty nice. I love the old town feeling I get, minus the loads of cars. I'm not sure I would suggest it for families with kids just because it can be a pretty crazy street, and with all of the traffic it could be dangerous for children.

"Great place for young adults"

Auraria parkway is very close to the Pepsi Center which means there is going to be a lot of traffic flow on game day, but it also means that if you're looking for a fun crowd this is definately a good place to start. Brooklyn's at the Pepsi Center is located on this street, and it has a great atmosphere, and even better food. There are also a handful of nice apartments and lofts located here.

"Great place to take the kids"

The Denver Zoo is located on this street, which means this street has a lot of traffic flowing on it. It's a street that just about anything on it that you could need, from housing, to banks, and stores. There are also a few parks on this street, which is why I think everyone should take a drive down Steele street at least once.

"Looking for culture, here you go"

The 16th street mall, is a street where you can find all sorts of dynamics of people. There are children, and families, couples, and people just wandering the street. Being able to walk in beautiful downtown Denver and see all different walks of lifes, and shop at the same time is a great thing. It can be pretty busy at times, but, that's just a part of the whole experience.
