"Lead Me To The Oasis"

Although busy, this area is perfect for shopaholics! The St. Johns Town Center is only moments away. The shops vary from swanky restaurants and high fashion boutiques to affordable shopping and reasonable dining. This area is only about 10miles from the beach and close to both UNF and FSCJ, which makes one of the most convenient places in Jacksonville.

Although you won’t you’ll find little to no single family housing, the condos that make up the neighborhoods have been tastefully constructed and only add to the aesthetic of this trendy area. Residents include young couples and retirees, students attending FSCJ or UNF and some families.

Due to this area being right off JTB (highway) and near the most popular shopping area in Jacksonville, the traffic can be very dense; however bike riding and walking is a wonderful alternative.

"Gateway To Your Heart"

This little niche may not seem like a big deal, but it is perfectly situated between Downtown Jacksonville and the St. John’s Town Center and within 10 miles from the Beach!

This tiny strip of this extensive Southside, Jacksonville road is the quietest. Not is the hospital less than a mile away, it’s within a bike ride to fun restaurants, movie theater, nightlife and the neighborhood grocery store!

With the main housing as condos, this neighborhood is quiet. Residents include young couples and retirees, students attending FSCJ or UNF and some families.

Another advantage of this area is the corporate park located within 2 miles. This means the traffic on the weekends if very minimal; on the other hand traffic during the week can be a pain between 7:30-8:30 am (rush hour for this side of town). Even though JTB (highway) is located right next to some of the neighborhoods, the noise is not intrusive.
