"Normal North End San Bernardino"

This street is on the higher end of housing on the north end of San Bernardino. The people in the neighborhood and generally nice. The streets worst quality is that it is lacking sidewalks and is very dark at night. It is a quiet street, unless there is any crime. San Bernardino in general is filled with crime and it's not extremely harsh in this neighborhood but it does happen time to time. The park down he street is nice to have around but I would not be anywhere near there in the night time. Overall, an okay place to live, not fabulous but not horrible. Worst thing about it is all the houses on 59th street have a great view into your backyard.

"Great for retirees"

This street is great for retirees. Everyone is very friendly and keep up their homes well. Sometimes this street can be noisy, as it seems the airport is closer than it really is. The houses are old but it gives a really calm and homey feeling. Neighborhood is close to restaurants, shopping and parks. However, this is an older atmosphere and very close to high crime areas. The houses are pricey for what you get.

"Nice and Quiet"

Chenin Blanc is a nice older street in the heart of Temecula. It is close to the wine vineyards and also close to the mall and retail stores. Located directly across the street from Barons (a fresh market), CVS, Starbucks and small hole in the wall food stores it is great for dog walking. This neighborhood is primarily retired couples or older families. Everyone is very friendly.

"Great Place To Live"

Currently I live on Rhine Court. I love the street and the neighborhood. Everyone's homes are kept us very well and kept with immaculate yards. Everyone on the street is very friendly and sociable. Most of the street has a younger age group with young families. The families all seem to be very involved with dirt biking and boating. There is a dog park on the street which doesn't have a lot of dogs but is very nice to let them run free. The park is gates in, has picnic tables and a play lot, which is great during the day with kids. Overall, I love living here!
