"Good but changing neighborhood"

East King William is in the Dunbar Oaks sub off Drake and 13 mile. We have been there for years. The dirt road days are long gone. With that change, the neighborhood has changed. Everyone used to know each other. There were always kids playing. Now, no one really even talks to their neighbors. Maybe all the kids have grown up. It is still a quiet neighborhood. However, some people do not believe in the upkeep of their homes. They are becoming eyesores. There are plenty of restaurants within a two mile radius. There are also grocery stores, and there is a mall less than 10 minutes away. There is a nice bike trail and large commons area with a swingset. They had to take down the basketball rim because people kept breaking it. I think the neighborhood may be in trouble if people don't start maintaining their homes.
