"Summerhill - Best value right now intown Atlanta"

I have lived in Summerhill since 2000. It is a unique neighborhood because of the location to each interstate. Braves stadium is a stone's throw and we have 3 large parks to enjoy. The Olympic warm-up track is in the neighborhood and Grant Park & the Zoo is a 10 min. walk. I also like the diversity in the neighborhood. The home values are extremely affordable and new families are moving here every month. We have great views of downtown Atlanta and an annual festival in the fall. As soon as the Braves' parking lots are turned into Atlantic Station, you will not be able to find a house under $300k. Now is a very good time to buy here.
