Has quiet green places. Has places to shop. Plenty of banks. A local train station is located right on it. Close to the highway which is good for driving. It passes by two intermediate / junior high schools. Has two nature preserves located in the area. Good place to live near.

Strawberry Lane has a small private community playground. It is only one block from the ocean. Very good neighbors who are really nice. A recommended place to live in. Nice houses and no poor folks living there.

This street is in a private community. Part of the street has oceanfront houses and the other part has the ocean. It is in a friendly neighborhood. Private security and right next to public transportation. Has a good fishing spot and a ramp for lowering small boats. Has a small beach.

Hylan Blvd has a great number of stores and almost all bus stops go through this street. There is a big shopping plaza called Hylan Plaza which is plentiful with many stores and food establishments. Live here or near it if you want easy access to everything Staten lsland has to offer.

Blueberry Lane is a good street (and area) to live on. There is a small playground on the the street that is very safe, even to the point that some children go there without parental supervision and their parents are fine with that. There is a small forested area which isn't dense so it's pretty safe. The neighbors are more or less friendly family people who go to work. Middle upper class people.
