Folsom is totally overrated. The drivers are OBNOXIOUS and your stress levels will be higher here. There is more crime than what you would think. A lot of losers.

You will hear the train come through about 3-4 times a night, and it's LOUD. Forget about sleeping with your window open.

There's not even a Placer East Dr.. It's just weird.

The demographics are good . But if you look at the map, it's like a confusing maze of winding streets that go this direction and that, change names, bring you around in a circle, and in an area you never thought you'd get to by following that road. Forget about making u-turns, the streets all have those "gardens" in the middle, so you have to go for a mile before you can turn. The customer service in stores here does not compare to the service you get in Sacramento and other areas, for the most part. Bathrooms in most places are disgusting. The Galleria Mall is a terrible design, and confusing and a pain to get around also. Arden Fair is better, with a straightforward design. There's not many good places to eat, that are not expensive, unless you just want junk food. Drivers are OBNOXIOUS. High stress level here. Unless you've lived here all your life, it will be very annoying.
