"Stay far away!!!!!"
Nevada Ave. as a whole is a dirty area that anyone who can should avoid. South Nevada is by far the worst part. While there are a few nice areas around downtown and the court houses, the majority of this street is filled with vagrancy and poverty. A quick drive through this area to get to a final destination is fine but I would not recognise a prolonged stay in the area if at all possible.
