"Phoenix, AZ Grand Avenue"

Grand Avenue is a different kind of Road. This Road is the last part of the US 60 transcontinental highway and cuts through Phoenix at a 45 degree angle. Here you can find many businesses like in any other part of the city. You will find many art galleries, some tattoo parlors, and The Chocolate Factory which is not really a chocolate factory but a popular art gallery.

"East Adams Street"

Adams Street on the East side of Central Ave. is between Van Buren and Washington Street, beside Monroe St. Even though it is near the Van Buren red light district it is a somewhat better neighborhood than Monroe St. It is better taken care of and the people are friendly. It is still affected by reputation of the area, but it is still a good place to live.

"East Monroe Street"

East Monroe Street has had a recent makeover. A few economic houses were built there and better looking and accessible sidewalks were built. The Street was also cleaned and paved. This makeover really improved the living quality of Monroe St. because it used to be a rough neighborhood part of the Van Buren red light district.
