"Adjacent to everything"

Ocean Ave in Venice is not the best street to live on because of the traffic, however, you can walk to just about anything you want to do. It is 4 blocks to the beach, a few blocks to Abbot Kinney Blvd, close to the Marina, lots of restaurants nearby. The grammar school is highly rated. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The Venice Library is on the corner of Ocean Ave and Venice Blvd. The Venice Canals are adjacent to the street and a great place to walk. The weather is great all year.
I have lived on this street for over 30 years!

"A very Walkable Neighborhood"

It is called "President's Row" because the streets are named after presidents of the United States. It is bordered by Washington Blvd on the South, Lincoln Blvd on the East, Abbot Kinney Blvd on the West, and Coeur d'Alene on the North. The best thing is that it is adjacent to Coeur d'Alene Grammar School, one of the best grammar schools around. There are some good sized lots in this area and some very nice houses.
Pros
  • Walk to restaurants and shopping
  • Close to Beach
  • Good Schools
Cons
  • Expensive

"One of the Best Streets in Venice, CA"

This is a very desireable street in Venice, Close to the beach, marina, restaurants, and recreation. Just adjacent to the Historic Venice Canals. Most of the houses on the street have been updated, added onto , or built new in the last several years. The lots are deep for the beach area. The neighborhood is kid friendly and the weather is great year round. Clune Ave is known for an annual neighborhood block party around the 4th of July which really fosters neighborhood connections.
Coeur d'Alene Grammar School is one of the best and has great parent involvement.
Of course the beach is nearby with a 26 mile bike path that spans from Malibu to Redondo Beach. The Venice Pier and Venice Boardwalk is just a few blocks away.
Housing starts about $1 million for a modest home up to $3 million for a large newly built home. Rents start about $4,000/mo.
Let me help you make your move to Venice.
Pros
  • Weather
  • Walk Score
  • Activities
Cons
