"Ok, if you like noise"
Dalbergia Street consists of three blocks behind Main Street. One street is 1/2 commercial and 1/2 residential, which is the street I live on. I live in the only apartment complex on the block, all the other residences are houses. Where I live is cheap, roach infested, and the kids are horrible. They're disrespectful, destroy other tenants property, and are out all hours of the night, because the parents don't care. Don't rent from Centre City Property Management, they could care less about taking care of problems.
