"Friendly Neighborhood for everyone"

We've lived here for a little over a year now and feel that we have some of the best neighbors ever. For being in the middle of town, it's fairly quiet. You'll occasionally have some punk kid blasting their bass going down the road, but that's just about anywhere. We feel safe and that all the neighbors are looking out for each other.

"PC has all you need!"

I grew up in Port Charlotte and never felt like it was lacking anything. Friends would always complain that there was nothing to do, but it seemed like me and my friends always found stuff to keep us busy and have fun on a Friday night. If you completely ran out of things to do (which would be hard) Fort Myers was always 20 minutes away.

The schools are average, but at least there is a community college close by.

Currently the housing market is horrible but should it ever improve, residents will have an excellent investment if they own their home.

"Small town close to 2 major cities"

Seymour is a small town located between Louisville, KY and Indianapolis, IN. It has the essentials, good schools, hospital, Wal-Mart and a few good places to eat. Whatever Seymour lacks can be found nearby in Columbus or Scottsburg.
