"Home is Always Boring"

Toddy Ave does not feel like NYC at all. I grew up with my parents in small styled bungalow on Toddy Ave. Actually all the bungalows look exactly alike as do the yards. It would be the perfect epitome of American suburbia but somehow it just misses the mark. Maybe it is but somehow it seems to miss the mark. Toddy Ave is a great place to raise a family in the Staten Island and NYC area for families with kids. Willowbrook park is just a bike ride away with about a dozen other parks by vehicle. The one thing that you can’t miss is the Christmas season. Toddy Ave as well as the other surrounding streets go berserk with lights, in a very good way. I hate coming home though for the holidays because the expressway is so far from my parents house! Even finding a decent bar requires a 45 minute clogged infested traffic ride.
