"Well established community"
I have enjoyed all my visits in this area The houses are quite big, and well maintained. It is quiet neighborhood and there is never a traffice on the main streets during the times I have visited.

I visited this street when it was a new community and new owners were just moving in. Nice track homes, well maintained front yards. clean surroundings - just a perfect place for young families who are starting thier first homes.

"Gated Small Condominum Living"
Lived in this complex when it first started selling the condos. It was a nice neighborhood in the beginning, very private, but very limited in parking for guests and no area for children to play. Over the years as the houses changed owners, the complex became more crowded.

"A main street, it get's noisy"
Having visited and stayed here, there is a noisy neighbor to contend with and the cars speeding by.
Homeowners keep beautiful front yards with flower gardens, and overall clean, but not a safe place to leave young kids outside to play.

"Very quiet faily new neighborhood"
It is one of a fairly new communities in Simi Valley with mostly 2 storey big houses, well kept front lawns and sidewalks. A couple of cops live in the area, giving it sense of safety for the neighbors.
Nadina St
"A family friendly street"
Nadina Street is close to the 210 Freeway, off Foothill Blvd which is the main street connecting Tujunga, Sunland and Lake View Terrace. The street is part of an older community in Lake View with houses in big lots. During my visits on summer weekends, young teenagers play on the streets, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

"Terrific place to live if you work and play in Downtonwn Los Angeles"
Visited a friend for one night and found the street to be an old area with old houses small houses, mostly renovated but quite pricey house because of it's proximity to dowtown Los Angeles. Street parkind is quite a challenge.

"Away from the maddening crowd but only 20 minutes from L.A. Downtown"
Situated up on the hillsides of the small town of Tujunga, the Terecita Place is a cul-de-sac area where neighbors pretty much know each other and have lived there for a long, long time. Lots of trees and pet friendly area where walking around the neighborhood is a common exercise therapy.

"Busy, commercial street"
A busy street for commuters and office workers, although a great area for fast food, restaurants, small beauty salons and personal care. A good area for apartment style living with access to major streets and nearby malls.

Neat, quiet and friendly neighborhood ideal for young families and adults over 50. Surrounded by hillsides, the streets are nicely lined with trees and walkways are well kept. Access to one of the nicest little parks in the area.
