We just moved here a few months ago, so I will either update or create a new review in another few months. However, I feel my ratings above will prove accurate. We are five minutes from an interstate so we can get anywhere within 20 minutes (Target, major chain stores, restaurants, movie theaters, etc.). Within 10 minutes: wonderful grocery store (Festival, the Midwest version of Whole Foods) is across the street, gourmet pizza is across the street, multiplex theater is just 10 minutes away, park and pool are in Victor Gardens, etc. We are by an amazing bike path that goes right through wetlands and LOTS of flora, fauna, wildlife. Pediatrician's office is just next to us as is a gas station, daycare/preschool center, optometrist and many other services. The area is under development still and so it will get more services . . . and congestion!
