"Country Living, Beautiful Surroundings, Lots of History"

Mill Landing is located right on Back Bay, its in the southern part of Virginia Beach, approx. 6 miles from the NC line and Knotts Island. Being so close to Knotts Island means we can go to the Outer Banks, NC by riding a ferry from Knotts Island, across the Currituck Sound, to Currituck. If you’ve never taken that ride, you should go sometime.

This area is very rural with lots of farm land . Just a few miles up the road is the Village of Pungo, which was originally called Pungo Ridge. In the 1600’s the settlers from England received grants from King James, giving them land in Pungo Ridge, which is the highest elevation in lower Tidewater. At that time, Pungo Ridge was located in Princess Anne County. Grace Sherwood , also known as The Witch of Pungo, lived here in this area, too!

Munden Point Park is a great park out here where you can launch your boat, fish off the shore, go jet skiing. Also, there are the city ball fields and a bunch of playgrounds there. Also, the school zone is one of the most desired. Of course, I rate it 5+. It is an awesome place to live. I have eagles and ospreys flying over and I can go out of my back yard dock and go by boat to Back Bay. I can take the boat across to Sandbridge. At certain times of the year, several of the fields out here are covered with snow geese, it looks like snow, there are thousands of them. Unbelievable!

Dont forget about the Annual Strawberry Festival. Its famous in Virginia Beach!

"Big, Quiet Streets, Close to Everything"

Agecroft Rd is located in Red Mill Farms. Its a great family neighborhood with big but quiet streets with lots of trees. Very close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants including Red Mill Commons. Great School system. Just a short drive to the beach, the Marine Science Museum, and Oceana Naval Air Station.

"Very Quite Condos and friendly neighbors"

Princess Anne Garden Condominiums. Located within walking distance of great shopping areas with a Super Walmart, Home Depot, and Target. Just a short drive to the Virginia Beach Amphitheater. The neighborhood is very quite, no loud music or a lot of barking dogs. The neighbors are very friendly and there is a lot of social activity around the pool during the summer time. There is a small playground, however it is in bad need of repair or replacement. There are some children in the area but not as many as the surrounding neighborhoods. There are several different styles of condos including lofts or 1 and 2 bedroom single floor units.

"Nice Neighborhood if you dont mind the Jet Noise"

Large lots, and great neighbors. Probably one of the only downsides to the area is the jet noise. Its located very close to Oceana Naval Air Station. During flight operations the noise level can be very loud outdoors. Homes with better insulation can minimize that, but you will hear it no matter what. There are a lot of children in this area as well, something to think about if you have some of your own. www.lonniebush.com

"Great location, close to everything."

Shopping is within a 10 minute drive, parks within a short drive. The school zones for that area are Southeastern Elementary, Hickory Middle, and Hickory High. www.lonniebush.com
