The Riverside neighborhood is becoming the most sought after neighborhoods in the Austin, Texas Area. There are many neighborhood changes that are making Riverside more appealing. For instance, there are new condominiums being built at the corner of Riverside and IH 35, which will overlook the downtown skyline and Lady Bird Lake. This development alone will increase the property value of the neighborhood. There are already many business, shops, and restaurants in place like The Drive Thru Postal Service, HEB, Cricket Wireless, Pizza Hut, and Carousel Pediatrics, and a few hair and nail shops. There is even a Karaoke bar.
