"Benefits of the City with a neighborhood feel"

Savin Hill is a great place to live. Five minutes from downtown on the "T". "T" station is very new and well maintained. CF Donovans is a great value restaurant, McKennas is a great breakfast place. The neighborhood would benefit greatly from more dinning out options, Lucky Cafe and Shanti are nice options on Dot Ave, however I would like to see more businesses that add value to the neighborhood located on Savin Hill Ave near the T station. Low crime rate, VERY quite. Ample parks and trees are a nice benefit to this street. Sometimes the parks can have littering issues, but most residence try and keep them clean. On street parking is easy due to the fact that most people have off street parking and no permits are required. Night life is not great due to quiet neighborhood, however Dononvans is an option as well as Dbar and the Banshee on Dot Ave.
