"You will get placebo pills"

Alamo Heights is a so called prestigious area where you can meet very wealthy personalities. You need to be careful with what you say and what you do. There is great interesting an orderly influence on everything; so, if you are not into that type of order probably you won't be very comfortable. Generations of families know each other here, smallest biggest town San Antonio's rich snobs live there. You are probably better off living at another neighborhood if you do no want to deal with "them" They are not much about inclusion, very difficult culture, beyond being conservative but absurd, some call San Antonio lame. Let me put it this way, the rich give the poor placebo pills and let them live. There is not much in between. Unless you have a guaranteed good salary do not move there by thinking cost of living is cheaper. There are other costs of living there. University of the Incarnate Word campus police killed a 23 year old male who went to the same school while he was off campus, shooting him close range 6 times. All he did was, according to the newspapers, "driving his vehicle erratically." The university still kept the police on duty. I mean how on earth you can keep a police officer who killed one of your students on campus and on duty - and what kind of a management is that? So, I guess you, the reader got the idea. I can give more examples of the low value a human gets from this community. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else if you have a choice. I did and moved out of this city after 6 years, God, what a relief that was.
