Great location. We're in a quiet area, but just a short walk to Brand Blvd where there are many shops, restaurants and two movie theaters! The Glendale Mall is close, but not too close, and soon the Americana at Brand will be open. Based on what we see being contrusted, it looks like it will be great. It will be close enough to walk to, but not too close to see to much more traffic. We're also close to the freeway, but not right next to it. I really like where we are at.
