This is the best Austin has to offer. It is getting higher priced and it seems like there is constantly upgrades and rehabs being done. The designs keep the post-modern neighborhood feel. I lived around Austin for 30 years and am so happy the day came when I could finally move to this neighborhood. I live three houses north of campus and NEVER have any problems at all from students. The fact is, it costs too much to live on this side of campus. However, you are able to enjoy the lovely green campus full of trees and the track and awesome city views. Then you have the bell chimes and can hear the crack of the bats during baseball season. Neighbors mind their own business and the yards are just right for a lovely garden. There are plenty of trees and most of the streets are covered with trees. It is just a great place. I am so lucky to live here.
