"Your Live, Work, Play Center are all at your fingertips in North Scottsdale"

Most of North Scottsdale started developing in 1993 in a series of master planned communities, mixed used commercial, parks, churches, schools within each community and a feeling that you were vacationing at home. Just south of the 101 along the Frank Lloyd Wright corridor is big box shopping from Lowes, to Petsmart, Office Max, Nordstrom Rack, Ulta, Michaels, Cost Plus and more, to dining from a quick burger at The Habit to Some Burro and Rancho Laredo to Morton's and Ocean Club at Kierland Commons and Eddie V's and True Food at the Scottsdale Quarter across the street. Do large malls overwhelm you? The shopping in north Scottsdale will be just what you are looking for, with a variety of shops from Coldwater Creek and J Jill to Soma, Chicos, and Michael Kors. There is Sur La Table- all about the kitchen, ZGallerie for those unique pieces of art and Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware at the Quarter along side of the Apple Store, H &M and a great Lenscrafters Boutique. North of the 101 is McDowell Mountain Ranch to the east on the hillside overlooking the Sanctuary golf course, the McDowell Mountain Ranch elementary and middle school and the local library. Directly to the west is a water park and beyond is West World hosting a number of outdoor events from the Barrett Jackson annual car auction to rodeos, muscle car rallys and in the fall a largely attended polo weekend. Communities of the Scottsdale Princess Resort and the TPC golf course, home of the Phoenix Open, with surrounding patio homes, single family residences and multi family and condos. North of the Princess, is the masterplanned community of Grayhawk with a daily fee golf course, a clubhouse and pro shop open to the public, dining on the patio overlooking a small lake and the MC Dowell Mountains; something to behold at sunset, and the ever popular Phils Grill, named for PGA superstar Phil Mickelson, who one-time called Grayhawk his home course. And finally across from Grayhawk, the complex and sprawling masterplanned community of DC Ranch with luxury townhomes, patio homes and condominiums, custom homes and sprawling estates with two private country clubs- DC Ranch Golf Club and Silverleaf Golf Club. Elementary and middle school properties are accompanied by a Villages fitness center, a scattering of small businesses, Grocery and several restaurants. Once you call north Scottsdale home, you will never want to leave.
