"Nice ammenities"

After I sold my apartment in Morningside Heights and previously living in the UWS I was eager for a radical change and I was pleasantly surprised about the Yorkville area of the UES. It is quite yet lots of restaurants and shopping available .Clean, green , and safe streets. I found that some cooperative apartments are more affordable than other areas in NYC. The new subway on second avenue scheduled to open in December 2016 adds more convenience to the area. I am crossing my fingers and waiting to be approved by the board on the apartment I just signed contract.Great neighbourhood .
