"Cute street that has really improved"

This street has come a long way. Several years back, it was a mix of cute ranch houses and dilapidated looking houses. Now, most houses on the street are well maintained and the average price is probably in the 300's. The neighborhood seems to be skewed more toward younger couples, with not so many children in evidence. This is probably a good thing, because many people use this street as a cut through to get to Briarcliff Road from Lavista.

"Quiet little street tucked into Merry Hills Subdivision"

This is a short street that runs between Holly Lane and Christmas Lane. I give it 2 stars instead of three because there is a house that is somewhat rundown and seems to be a "work in progress." Other than that, the street is nice, with no vacancies and a lot of street activity (children playing, people jogging, walking dogs, etc.). This street is quite close to the Toco Hills shopping center.

"Quiet residential street near Toco Hills"

This is a quiet residential street that is not quite walking distance to Toco Hills. It is an easy walk to Beth Jacob synagogue, however. The houses on the street have nice sized front yards, which make for a lot of green space and pretty landscaping in the spring and summer. A lot of families live on this street, so it is common to see kids throwing a ball around or walking dogs.

"Quiet dead end street near Toco Hills"

This is a quiet dead end street that is about a mile from the Toco Hills shopping center. The houses are 1950's style ranch houses. Homeowners are primarily families with children, so the neighborhood has a nice feel to it. Because the street is dead end, there is no cut through traffic. Crime is non existent on this street.

"Very quiet and nice residential street"

This is a very nice and quiet residential street in the Merry Hills subdivision. It does not intersect any major byway, so there is no cut through traffic. It has the feel of a cul de sac, with children playing and people walking. In my opinion, this is one of the nicer streets in the subdivision.

"Nice residential street with too much cut through traffic"

This street runs perpendicular to Lavista and Holly, which results in a lot of cut through traffic. Although speed bumps have been installed, the street receives its share of speeding commuters trying to make it to little Johnny's baseball game on time. On the upside, there is next to no crime in this area, and there is a real neighborhood feel (lemonade stands, kids playing catch in yards, etc.).

"Nice residential street near Toco Hills area"

This street runs perpendicular between Lavista Road and Holly. Unfortunately, that makes it a cut through for many commuters. Speed bumps have been installed, but there still is a good deal of through traffic that diminishes the residential feel of the street. The houses are 1950's ranch style homes, and there are many families with children who live in them. Quite a few residents are members of the nearby Beth Jacob Synagogue.

"Very safe residential street close to Toco Hills shopping center"

This little street is part of the Merry Hills subdivision and is very close to Toco Hills shopping center. Most of the homeowners are families with young children. It is not unusual to drive down this street and see a lemonade stand in the summertime. Many Orthodox Jewish people live on this street, as it is within easy walking distance to Beth Jacob Synagogue.

"Inner city enclave with a lot of green space"

This street is smack dab in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish enclave, so it is a bit of a misnomer. The houses are brick and frame ranch style homes that were built in the mid-1950's. The Orthodox families walk to Synagogue on their Sabbath (Saturday), so there always seem to be people out and about. Crime is virtually non-existent here, and homes and yards are well maintained.
