Chonkonen

We bought our first house in this neighborhood because it was up and coming but decided to stay because we fell in love with the area. It's quiet, affordable but with fast access to downtown, less than a five minute drive to Market Square and the Old City. The city just cleared out a nearby greenway and there's two wonderful parks - Edgewood and North Hills - within walking distance for kids. The schools system still has some growing to do but otherwise, we just love the artsy families around here, updated homes with unique architecture. We can also get to a Target, JoAnns and other big box stores in less than five minutes. The convenience can't be beat. It's a wonderful option for those not wanting to live out west and willing to be part of a growing community!
